Item condition is as shown in photos. Although the instructions are in Japanese, the instruction book is completely in color along with photos which makes it easy to follow. Alternatively, there are tutorials on YouTube that you can use to reference :) Item will ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is typically delivered in 3-5 days.
